Congratulations Capt. Mike Pagan

as NJ Wing Emergency Services Officer effective 01 November 2005. Mike
has been a member of Civil Air Patrol for five (5) years, he comes to
wing from our Bayshore Composite Squadron at Ft Monmouth.
